What is insured?
Insured is property damage to the work during the period of construction, remodeling or renovation. Theft of construction materials from the construction site is also covered during this period.
Who is insured?
Insured are all parties involved in the realization of the work you have contracted. For example, clients, contractors and subcontractors, installers, as well as architects, consultants and contractors.
The work
Insured is material damage to the work during the construction period. This includes damage to and theft of construction materials present on the construction site at your expense and risk, and the cost of building and removing auxiliary structures and auxiliary works.
Resource
Insured are auxiliary materials necessary for the performance of the work. For example, tools, implements, chains, sheds and scaffolding. These are insured against property damage and theft. Maintenance term
